Linseeds are rich in alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3) in addition to lignan compounds that are similar to fibre, with the same properties to assist with digestion and with a huge antioxidant capacity due to their polyphenol content. They are also a source of vitamin B1.
Sesame seeds have a high-quality protein content; their main nutrient are omega-6 type fats, along with fibre, mucilage, vitamins and minerals.
