Fibroki Tabs

Fibroki tablets is a product composed of fibre and spirulina tablets, which may help regulate bowel transit and activate metabolism. Fibre is included in three different forms (apple fibre, inulin and wheat bran) and may help regulate bowel transit. Spirulina may help activate metabolism.

Apple fibre may help detoxify the body as it has a purifying and diuretic effect. It may also help reduce bad cholesterol (high density lipoprotein or LDL) in the blood, help to prevent coronary diseases and regulate blood pressure.

Inulin helps us balance intestinal flora. The flora occupies the intestine, prevents other foreign and harmful bacteria from taking root there, regulating the digestive function through the improved assimilation of magnesium, reducing gases and preventing constipation. This soluble fibre may also reduce the levels of triglycerides and cholesterol, thus preventing hypercholesterolemia in some cases.

Wheat bran is a natural compound of wheat corresponding to the outer layers of grain, which may help increase faecal mass and thus accelerate bowel transit. It may also have other properties like the prevention of some gastrointestinal diseases and obesity.

Spirulina (Spirulina maxima) is a cyanobacterium considered to be a superfood, especially effective in cases of anaemia, demineralisation and exhaustion. It may help to recover the physique, energy and vitality and to detoxify the body.
